PA to CEO - 1 Year Fixed Term Contract
Work Location: Hybrid - Edinburgh (Office Day:Thursday)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £20,764.78 per annum*
*25/26 Pay Award pending
Are you a skilled administrator with extensive notetaking experience?
Ark has an exciting opportunity to join our team working as PA to the CEO on a 1-year Fixed Term Contract .
As PA to the CEO you will deliver a high level confidential support to the Chief Executive, providing a full secretarial and Administrative service. You will ensure that effective planning and administrative systems are in place and maintained efficiently and effectively.
So, what will your day-to-day job look like?
This role provides a comprehensive support to the CEO and the Board of Management so you could be doing anything from Coordinating the CEOs diary to preparing agendas, collating papers & reports and taking minutes at Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team and Board of Management meetings. You will support the CEO to prioritise their workload and respond appropriately to requests on their behalf.
You will provide administrative support at meetings, plan & organise travel & accommodation as required, and support with the planning of key organisational events such as the AGM.
