- We only accept applications completed via our online application form. This information can be found: https://careers.arkha.org.uk/jobs
- CV’s will not be considered.
- If you are interested in more than one vacancy separate applications will need to be completed.
- As a Disability Confident employer we also have a word/paper copy of the application form available for those that require it. Please email recruitment@arkha.org.uk to request a copy.

There could be a number of reasons:
- If you have refreshed the page while you were completing the application, all the information will have been lost. This will need to be filled out again as the application will not have been submitted. We recommend completing the application all at once.
- If you have submitted an application previously on that vacancy, the system will not let you submit a new one. Please reach out to recruitment@arkha.org.uk and we can assist!

- There is the option of ‘Connecting with us', this can be done before or after completing the application.
- Once you have created a login, you can update your application if this has not been processed. If there is anything that you are wanting to update after this time, please email recruitment@arkha.org.uk. Your contact details can be updated at any time!

- Ark is not a Visa Sponsor, and we are unable to offer sponsorship.

- We do accept overseas applications. You will need to be eligible to work in the UK to apply for any of our vacancies.
- If successful you will be asked to provide evidence of this. All successful applicants are required to hold current valid Right to Work prior to starting with Ark.
- Our interviews take place in person so you will need to be in the UK at the time of interviewing.

- We do not have an age restriction for our roles but you must be aged at least 16 years old. If you are invited to attend an interview, the hiring manager will provide more information.

- We have a range of Full time, Part Time and Relief positions. There will be early starts, late finishes and weekends.
- For our Support Worker roles, this will depend on what is required in the service.
- More Information can be found on the advert. For Support Worker positions, the shift patterns and rotas will be discussed in more detail if you are invited to attend an interview.

A sleepover shift consists of working during the day, a rest period sleeping over in the service between 11pm - 7am and then working again the next day. Sleepover shift are typically 3pm - 3pm or 10am - 10am. The sleepover period is over and above the contracted hours and gets paid as an additional payment.
